Patrick McLaughlin is a dedicated, results-driven real estate specialist whose love for the Hamptons community is second to none. A full-time resident of the East End, Patrick was raised in New Jersey, educated at Washington D.C.'s Catholic University (where he was a competitive swimmer) and George Washington University.   After university he then relocated to Manhattan, where he enjoyed a 20-year career in the TV industry. He was a producer at "Good Day New York," "The Sally Jesse Raphael Show," MTV, CNBC, PBS-WNET and Fox News. 

A vacation home brought him to East Hampton, where he fell in love with the community, prompting a career move as well as a residential relocation. He managed Douglas Elliman's Sag Harbor office for more than 10 years, and has now chosen to devote his full attention to sales. 

With a keen understanding of the Hamptons real estate market, a thorough grasp of the community and an ever-expanding roster of personal and professional contacts, Patrick brings a friendly, one-on-one approach to sales, and is especially proud of the many referrals and repeat business that come his way. He is EcoBroker Certified(r) in addition to being SFR Short Sale and Foreclosure certified by the National Association of Realtors, and welcomes the opportunity to serve you and fulfill your unique real estate needs. He also enjoys playing tennis and occasionally jumps in the pool for a few laps.
